Hemi Hunt, LMSW

Mental Health Therapist

Hemi (she/her) creates a safe space to heal & reconnect. She helps families & couples strengthen their relationships & guides individual clients through a process of learning more about themselves to feel grounded in their identity. Hemi works with single parents, teenagers, & children as young as 4 years old. She teaches positive parenting skill building to help parents relate more with their children & build greater empathy, trust, & mutual respect.

Hemi earned her Masters Degree in clinical social work from Howard University, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, & has over 5 years of clinical experience treating individuals experiencing trauma & psychosis. Her therapeutic approach is person centered, strength-based, gender affirming, & culturally sensitive.

Alex (he/him) enjoys the relationship between the psyche & society. Having never wanted to pick a side in the nature versus nurture debate he pursued degrees in both Psychology & Sociology with a Masters of Social Work and an emphasis on clinical interventions. Throughout Alex’s 20 years of experience he has been able to guide & support every client to live a life of love, confidence, & wellness.

Founder, Speaker, Media & Community Psychologist

A former child actor turned psychologist, Dr. Alexis (she/her) bridges psychology, media, and wellness to make mental health practical, relatable, and results-driven. She combines science and storytelling to help individuals, teams, and creative professionals strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic performance.

She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Community Psychology, a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, and a Bachelor of Science in both Television Broadcasting and Psychology. With over 15 years of experience in media and psychology, Dr. Alexis helps professionals, executives, and production teams turn insight into action through evidence-based coaching, on-set consultation, and workplace training that fosters clarity, resilience, and sustainable success.
